14 Day Money Back Guarantee
All orders from Tapstore.com are covered by our 14 Day Peace of Mind Guarantee. If you want to return any product, whatever the reason you can do so within a 14 day period.
All we ask is that your product has all it's original boxing and packaging (undamaged). It has not been used and is in an as new, resaleable condition then we will accept it back.
You can post it back (we recommend insuring your parcel) or we can arrange collection. If our couriers collect there is a charge of £15.00 for this service (this does exclude some post codes and does not include overseas, where collection charges will be higher).

All products featured within our websites are selected from major brands for their quality and value for money. All products featured carry their respective manufacturers guarantees.
Guarantees can vary dependent on the manufacturer and your choice of finish (ie: Chrome or Gold) and are from 1 year to 15 years. The guarantee details for products are clearly shown on the page of each item.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer retrospective price match. Our price match promise only applies prior to orders being placed.

Once you have made all your selections click on “Checkout” (Orange box in the left menu bar) and you will be asked for a few details we need to satisfy your order.
Subject to stock availability you should expect to receive your goods within 2-10 working days. It may take longer to deliver to remote locations, if you have a query regarding your delivery please call our customer service team.
